About Me

I have over 40 years’ experience in truss manufacturing, wood material supply, wood framing labor, and  preparing detailed material takeoff for building professionals as a former Multifamily Framing Project Manager. I provide the takeoff with actual piece counts ready to price in the same manner as I prepared for my own projects. 

Take-offs are provided to you with a consolidated list for pricing, and also broken down by building (or section) and by category of framing (wall framing, floor framing, roof framing, etc.) to aid in ordering and shipping to your project.

With my level of experience, framing notes are additionally provided with takeoff assumptions, plan conflicts, and non-typical details to help with your RFI questions and qualifications.

I live in Columbia South Carolina with my wife Katie and spend much of my free time traveling and spending time with my four grandkids.
